James appeals from a conviction of burglary, a second degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-202 (1990), and theft, a class A misdemeanor, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-404 (1990). Defendant entered a conditional guilty plea pursuant to State v. Sery, 758 P.2d 935, 938-39 (Utah App. 1988), and appeals on the basis that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress his confession. We affirm.
