Dennis Richard Vigh appeals his convictions for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and for possession of cocaine, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1)(a)(iv), (2)(a)(i) (Supp. 1993). Because Vigh committed these two offenses within 1000 feet of a school, his convictions were enhanced to second degree felonies under Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(5)(a), (5)(c) (Supp. 1993). Vigh also appeals his conviction for possession of marijuana without tax stamps affixed, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 59-19-105, (1990). Vigh specifically challenges the trial courts denial of his motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.
